You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the extra charge.
✅ Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within 72 hours (unless due to technical or unforeseen issues beyond our control).
✅ Incorrect Video (Our Mistake): If we deliver a video with incorrect names, messages, or details that differ from what you provided, and we are unable to correct it.
✅ Technical Issues: If your video file is corrupted or unplayable, and we are unable to provide a working version.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
❌ Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel after placing an order.
❌ Wrong Details Provided: If incorrect names, messages, or media were submitted by you.
❌ Personal Preference: If you are unhappy with the design, style, or music but the video matches your requested details.
❌ Delayed Delivery Due to Customer Response: If we are waiting for additional details or approvals from you, leading to a delay.
If there’s an issue with your video, we offer 1 free revision for minor corrections. Additional revisions may require a small fee.
